Hi everyone, I’m Claire! I grew up in a small town in Kansas, but moved to Manhattan to attend college. I moved to Wichita shortly after, while working on my Master’s degree, and have been here ever since. I grew up around animals, and love spoiling them with love, attention, and treats. I have always loved a good story, whether it is told through a book or on a screen, and I will get deeply invested in a character’s life. I am always ready for a good recommendation.
I worked my way through school by taking on a variety of jobs. My favorite was the time I spent at a local coffee shop. Not only did I love the unlimited coffee, but I also loved the connections I made. I got to meet people from all walks of life and loved hearing their stories. That love for connection has followed me ever since, whether having a travel adventure or spending time in my own community. I enjoy learning about other people’s way of life, and value how each of our experiences shapes and challenges our perspectives.
